Integrating the iCompaas Compliance App with your Google Workspace ensures streamlined compliance automation and comprehensive reporting for your organization. This guide walks you through accessing the Google Workspace Admin Console, configuring API controls, and setting up the iCompaas app as a trusted application. By following these steps, you enable secure and efficient compliance management tailored to your organizational needs.


  1. Open Google Workspace Admin Console:

        Go to https://admin.google.com/ac/owl and sign in with your admin account

  1. Access API Controls:
      In the left-hand menu, navigate to Security > Access and data control > API Controls, then select Manage third-party app access.

  2. Click on Configure new app

  1. Find the iCompaas Compliance App:

        Search for iCompaas Compliance Web App and select it.

  

  1. Change Access Settings:

        Under Scope
                Choose All in <Account Name>(all users), which allows us to monitor all users

                        OR
                Choose Select Org units, if in case only set of users to monitor under specific Org Unit

  1. Set the App to Trusted:

        Confirm that the iCompaas Compliance Web App is set to Trusted.
